Summer garden fun with PostBox

Summer was on the way and Mitre 10 was having a massive Summer Garden Sale. The team at PostBox came up with a few creative’s and with the client’s green light we wanted to simulate a comical ‘Before and After’ backyard setting. Complete with broken chairs, rusted BBQ, bent clothesline and all! 

‘Does this look like last year’s summer holidays? Let Mitre 10 save your summer!’ The image cuts to beautiful outdoor settings with Mitre 10’s product shots of various tables, accessories and BBQ’s! Using the corporate blue as the backdrop, product shots drop into screen in quirky bubbles amongst bright pops of colour against the blue background. 

We created 3D text for the supers that finished off the TVC nicely; we also incorporated sizzling BBQ smoke just to add an extra element relative to the whole Summer feel.
